Communications
Keep every family informed
Announcements, newsletters and two-way messages to a class, year group, house or the whole school, by email and text, with read receipts and surveys.
What gets in the way
Getting a message to the right families usually means exporting a list, pasting it somewhere else, and hoping it was the current one.
What it does
- Message a class, year, house or the whole school
- Email and text, with read receipts
- Two-way replies that stay on the family’s record
- Surveys and consent requests
What the AI does here
What it does
Tidies a rushed draft, translates a message into the language a family reads, turns the week’s class news into a newsletter, and suggests replies based on the child’s record.
What it can’t do
Drafts stay drafts until a member of staff sends them. Asking the AI to summarise or translate a parent’s message does send that message to it.
All of this still works with the AI switched off. See exactly what the AI can see →
