Why is there no price on the page?
Because a school MIS quote depends on your roll, which modules you turn on, and how much history has to be migrated from your current system. Neither iSAMS nor Engage publishes a price for the same reason. Tell us your pupil numbers and current system and you will get a written figure — not a discovery call first.
How is it charged?
Per pupil, per year, billed annually in advance against the roll at the start of the school year. Staff accounts are unlimited and parent accounts are included, so the cost does not change when you add a department or invite more families.
What does migration involve?
We take an export from your current MIS — pupils, guardians, classes, assessment history, fee ledger — and load it into a test tenant of your own so you can check it before anything goes live. You keep running the old system until you are satisfied.
Are any modules extra?
No. Every band includes the whole system: admissions, attendance, assessment, safeguarding, SEND, timetabling, fees, communications and the parent portal. What changes with band is onboarding, migration and support, not features.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. Every school has API keys and a versioned REST API, and a full export of your data is a supported operation rather than a support ticket. We do not hold your records hostage as a retention strategy.
Is there a contract minimum?
Agreements run for the academic year. We would rather you left at the end of a year than felt trapped in the middle of one — schools cannot change MIS in February anyway.
