Admissions is usually a separate system from the one the school runs on, so every pupil who accepts a place gets typed in twice — and the year of conversations you had with that family is left behind.

What it can’t do
The only message Chanceria ever sends without a person is the optional acknowledgement of a new enquiry, and it says it is automated.
