Assessment & reports
Marks in, reports out
Markbooks, grade schemes, assessment cycles and EYFS. Reports are written, checked and sent to parents without leaving the system.
What gets in the way
Report season costs teachers their evenings, and the comments that take longest are the ones a markbook could half-write.
What it does
- Markbooks, grade schemes and assessment cycles
- EYFS as well as the rest of the school
- Report cycles with checking built in
- Reports published straight to parents
What the AI does here
What it does
Drafts personal feedback from marks and success criteria, shows what the class found hardest, and drafts report comments.
What it can’t do
It grades nothing. Every comment is drafted from the pupil’s own marks and waits for the teacher to edit and approve it.
All of this still works with the AI switched off. See exactly what the AI can see →
